In a bid to enhance its facilities, the Bilibong, the cherished home of the 1st Westgate-on-Sea Scout Group, has recently undergone significant upgrades. Over the Easter period, the pathways received a complete refurbishment, with tarmac paving, resulting in a remarkable transformation as depicted in the accompanying photos.

Moreover, the Scout Hut signs have been replaced to proudly include the recently established Squirrels section, thanks to the generous donation from Premier Signs (Thanet). The entire Scout Group expresses immense gratitude for the overwhelming support received from the community.

With these initial upgrades completed, the Group eagerly anticipates the next phase of improvements. Those interested in contributing to the ongoing enhancements are encouraged to visit the fundraising page for various support opportunities.

The Bilibong and the 1st Westgate-on-Sea Scout Group are poised to continue serving the community with enhanced facilities and opportunities for scouting adventures.
